Make the restaurant menu fast to scan on a phone.
The Sate B menu is designed for the moment a customer is already deciding what to order. Categories, item information, and visual hierarchy are kept direct so the interface does not compete with the food.
Category switching stays immediate and lightweight.
The interface prioritizes quick category changes and compact browsing rather than deep navigation. That keeps the menu usable while standing at a table or ordering from a phone with one hand.
The interface is designed around Arabic RTL from the start.
The production menu uses semantic HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript with an Arabic RTL layout, Cairo and Tajawal typography, sticky category navigation, and real-time search.
The restaurant owner evaluated the delivered menu directly.
The owner response records perfect scores on the three numerical criteria and affirmative answers to the remaining questions. This is evaluation evidence, not a claim of public user traction.

The starting point was the restaurant's printed menu, dense information with no search or category shortcuts.

The digital version moves the menu to a phone-first hierarchy with direct category access.

Category views keep item names, prices, and imagery close enough to compare without deep navigation.

The same compact browsing pattern carries across categories so the interaction stays predictable on mobile.
